PREKINDERGARTEN
Pre-Kindergarten, is designed to educate the whole child intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically in a developmentally appropriate environment at his/her level of development by building on his/her prior knowledge and by establishing a framework for continuous learning. It recognizes that each child is a unique individual that has worth and dignity, and will enable the child to develop a positive self-image and discover the joy of learning.
KINDERGARTEN
Kindergarten is a time of discovery where children are learning many new things. Queen Anne’s County Public Schools offer a quality kindergarten program that provides children with a strong foundation to build skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for lifelong learning.
