The human resources department provides programs and services in terms of recruitment, benefits, compensation, labor relations, policies and procedures, teacher certification, professional development, and other employee-related issues that support our school system’s academic mission and our employees.  In partnership with administration we strive to create a supportive work environment that will help us attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce and inspire excellence in our school community.  Our core values that are woven into every aspect of human resources management include customer service, communication, continuous improvement, teamwork, and achieving results.
