In Queen Anne’s County Public Schools, the Office of Accountability provides the materials, technology and skills necessary to perform quality standardized testing.  The office works with data required by the No Child Left Behind legislation and the Race to the Top initiative (RTTT). This includes overseeing the administration of the Maryland School Assessments (MSA) for Reading, Math and Science, High School Assessments (HSA) in English, Biology, Algebra, Government, PSAT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP) testing.

The office provides assistance to central office staff and school personnel in the use of a wide range of assessment data and tools to evaluate programs and school improvement goals, including those directly related to student achievement and school performance.
