QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS ANNOUNCES THE CHANGE IN DATE FOR THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS FOR THE 2012-2013 ACADEMIC YEAR.

The last day of school for students for this academic year will be Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
The QACPS had requested a waiver from the Maryland State Department of Education for the two “Hurricane Days” which resulted in the days schools were closed to be more than the five days built into the school calendar. That permission was given on Monday, April 22nd.
 
The following schools will dismiss at 1:00 p.m.:
QACHS - KIHS - MMS - STVMS - SMS - SES
The following schools will dismiss at 2:00 p.m.:
CMS - KES - CES - CHES - GES - BES - KIES - MES
The last day for Pre-Kindergarten P.M. will be June 10, 2013.
The last day for Pre-Kindergarten A.M. will be June 11, 2013.   
The Pre-K A.M. take home buses will run as scheduled.

 
The last day for teachers will be Friday, June 14th, 2013.
Information on teacher/staff activities for the last 3 days of the school year will be forthcoming.
