Volunteer Program The goal of the Queen Anne’s County Volunteer program is to enhance the relationship between home, school, and the community. Together we should educate our students to become productive and contributing citizens in a diversified world. The Volunteer Handbook includes our procedure and guidelines for becoming a volunteer in the school system. The application forms are included at the end of the handbook.
